Hallmark is our current "house" origin. We select this origin seasonally, depending on the characteristic and flavour notes from each origin. For our Hallmark origin - we want classic, comforting chocolate tones that are accessible to all.

A single origin dark bar, made using only the finest beans from Three Mountains project in Ghana, Asante Akim.  This farm stretches out amongst the rolling hills in the heart of Ghana’s cacao growing region.
