Refund policy
Rayne and Hay have a 14 day return policy giving you 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
We hope you are happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return your order, please let us know by emailing us at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number clearly stated.
Once we receive your returned order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days.
Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
We are unable to accept returns, for hygiene reasons, earrings, personal care goods (such as beauty products) and fragrances , or any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately by emailing us at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and put it right. Please include photos of the damaged/faulty item
Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged or faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
