Shipping policy

Rayne and Hay only ship inside the UK.

We offer two postage options at checkout :

1. Standard Shipping for orders under £50  - £3.95

2. Free shipping for all orders over £50

All orders are posted out within 24 hours, though we do not post out orders on Sundays. 

We also offer free local pick up at our Bawtry shop. If this is an easier option for you, select 'local pick up' when checking out. You order will be fulfilled in store and ready for you to collect within 1-2 business days. We do not offer pick up on Mondays. Please bring your confirmation email with you when collecting.

 

​POSTAGE DISCLAIMER

Every order is securely wrapped before being posted out to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

If the recipient is unable to an order and it is returned to us,  we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £3.95 for the item to be redelivered.

​We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order or for orders not being delivered for reasons outside of our control e.g. severe weather conditions, fire or vehicle breakdown.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk with your order number and any photos to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.
